Please allow up to 30 business days processing time on all orders.

Lost or Stolen
JM Designs by Jamey is NOT liable and/or responsible for products lost and/or not delivered by USPS, UPS and any other delivery carrier.

Damaged in Shipping
JM Designs by Jamey is NOT liable and/or responsible for products damaged by USPS, UPS and any other delivery carrier.
Customer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. To ensure your claim is handled correctly, be sure contact the respective carrier for policies. USPS, to file a claim, you MUST take the entire contents of package and damaged items. The Post Office will file a claim for you. You will need to surrender the contents of the box. Refunds will not be processed, as all carriers handle claims differently. USPS will send the customer the replacement cost. Then if the customer wishes to order another item, they can do so. Make sure to take pictures and DO NOT dispose of damaged box and products, the carrier will want them.
